How to get started
- Purchase a pair of Klim pants (Dakar, Mojave, Chinook or Baja) and a Klim jersey (Revolt or Mojave) from us by filling out the racer purchase form. Check the box that says you would like to participate in Klim's Contingency Program found on the bottom of the order form, then fax it along with this contingency registration form filled out. If you purchased the product at a retailer you will also need to send in the original receipt.
- With each entry you will receive a pair of gloves. Please indicate the model, size and color.
- One outfit will qualify you for both Enduro and Hare Scrambles. You will need to purchase an additional set for motocross per class to qualify.
- You must race in at least 50% of the scheduled races within District 23.
- Put a Klim sticker on your bike and chest protector.
- What we will pay for the top 5 spots:
- 1st - 30 points
- 2nd - 25 points
- 3rd - 21 points
- 4th - 18 points
- 5th - 16 points
- At the end of the series, we will pay you contingency money in the form of Klim Bucks worth one buck per point. At the end of the season you'll be given a coupon code that spends like cash at www.klim.com for any of Klim's products at retail pricing.
- You must redeem your Klim Bucks before 60 days after receiving your coupon code.
- In addition, some racers will be eligible for a higher level of sponsorship.

Rider understands and agrees with Teton Outfitters LLC DBA Klim as set forth below regarding the above referenced series.
| Indemnification by RIDER. Rider shall hold SPONSOR harmless from any liability or expense (including legal fees and costs) arising from any injury to or damage to RIDER or any Riders and from any injury caused to others by them, during competition or training. This shall include, without limitation, any liability or expense arising based upon SPONSOR'S alleged negligence or strict product liability, except when resulting from the willful misconduct of SPONSOR.

Indemnification by SPONSOR. SPONSOR shall hold RIDER harmless from any liability or expense (including legal fees and costs) made by third parties against RIDER with respect to claims arising from the manufacture, sale and/or use of SPONSOR products, except when resulting from the willful misconduct of RIDER.
